Through?"
At the 2026 Thrive N' LA Community Mental Health Awareness Event, our community filled the "What Are You Moving Through" poster with things they are carrying: financial stress, family dynamics, grief, uncertainty, relationship struggles, and the quiet pressure of trying to hold everything together.


The Run Through It Project exists to give you a safe space to move through these challenges - both physically through runs, yoga, walks and mentally through guided community journaling.
You do not have to move through life alone.
